The system is comprised of a series of tools that guarantee the management of certain supervisory activities and needs specific to the organizational context.

SIO Documentale is a broadly configurable component (Content Management System) which enables the management of the representation of processes, controls, regulations and instructions in general, operating positions, powers and responsibilities. The technique is based on the breakdown of the information into formats and patterns that can be classified by Process or according to the classification structure used by the bank. Every information element is then easily reproducible in individual or aggregate form in the classic PDF manual format.

The solution enables the separate and diversifiable management of the information in relation to the specific needs, and so it is thus possible to manage instructions and information even of an administrative nature or pertaining to the internal management of the various organisational structures.

The formats and patterns enable the integration of descriptive sections, for which one may use simplified WEB editing tools or directly the WORD component which is integrated within it. Generally speaking a WYSIWYG configuration is complied with. Inside the form formats one may also include a "submodule" section where the codifiable elements represent form research keys.

The maintenance of the content is processable both with reference to the single form or to a number of aggregate forms. This "review" technique guarantees a very easy management and traceability of the maintenance principles from the internal instructions right through to COMPLIANCE.

The DIAGRAMMI component is available for the mapping in a graphic format of the process and organization chart for the various departments. Every drawing is associable to the operating instructions represented in the SIO Documentale components.

Tools are also available for the processing of the following requirements:

  • DOCUMENT and PROTOCOL MANAGEMENT for the creation of circular and communication management;
  • REPAYMENT SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT linked to the instructions and the controls;
  • MANAGEMENT OF ELECTRONIC REQUESTS, a workflow management tool with a broad scope for configuration for the transfer of requests between management units.
